These award-winning cookies are baked in our dedicated gluten free bakery in Wiltshire that does not use gluten, milk, peanut, egg or soya. We combine zesty lemon and fragrant lemon oil with our special blend of naturally gluten free flours and some sugar. Our cookies are dairy-free so we use sustainable palm oil, sourced from certified Colombian farms where wildlife and habitats are protected.
